FATHER BRUTALLY R*PED HIS 11 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER

The Bauchi State Police Command said on Thursday that it had arrested a 45-year-old man for allegedly defiling his 11-year-old daughter.

The state Police Commissioner, Lawal Shehu, while parading the suspect alongside others at the police headquarters in Bauchi on Thursday, expressed worry over the increasing rate of r*pe cases in the state.

He has vowed that all suspected rapists would be charged to court and prosecuted.

Mr. Lawal said Since January, they have arrested over 10 suspected rapists, “Only this week, we recorded over five cases, he added. It is worrisome that among the suspects arrested include a 45-year-old man who r*ped his 11 years old daughter and two aged men who are between 45 to 54 years who r*ped toddlers of between two and four years.

He continued by saying “Any suspect arrested in connection to r*pe would be charged to court and be prosecuted, r*pe suspects will not be bailable. Even when courts are on strike, the suspects will remain in detention till court resume and will be charge to court.”

Speaking to newsmen, the suspect, Abubakar Magaji, who resides in Liman Katagum in Bauchi Local Government Area of the state, said he engaged in the ugly act because his wife left him. The father of four confessed to have r*ped his daughter twice.

“I am ashamed of myself because it was temptation that led me to do it,” he said. “I divorced her mother and married another wife but unfortunately my wife also left me a month ago so I needed a woman to be with so that was why I did it.”

The man in the photo shown above is Mr. Jian Feng from China, for some time he has had several quarrels with his wife over the paternity of their children. Feng insisted he did not and could not have fathered such ugly children. However, DNA tests confirmed that the children were his. 

In court, Mrs. Feng admitted to having over $100,000 worth of plastic surgery just to look beautiful before she and her husband met and she has since then kept this a secret until now.

NIGERIA ARMY: TOP MILITARY OFFICERS ARRESTED FOR FAILING TO REPEL BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS

A Brigadier General, Enitan Ransome-Kuti, his Chief of Staff, Lieutenant Colonel G.A. Suru and some other senior officers have been arrested by the authorities of the Nigerian military over their failure to repel the attack on the headquarters of the Multinational Joint Task Force [MNJTF] in Baga.

Mr. Ransome-Kuti, the Commander of the Multi-National Joint Task Force, MNJTF, his Chief of Staff and the other senior officers were detained shortly after they arrived Maiduguri from Monguno where they and their troops took refuge after they were dislodged from Baga.

The arrest of the officers was exclusively disclosed to PREMIUM TIMES Wednesday by reliable military insiders who requested not to be named as they were not authorized to speak on the matter.

MAN DRONED AFTER JUMPING OFF THIRD MAINLAND BRIDGE

A news went viral yesterday on the internet about a young man diving off the third mainland bridge and eventually drowned in the Lagoon on Thursday by 9am.

The man who has been identified as Okechukwu Ezeigbo The Imo State indigene was said to be among several passengers in a commercial bus heading towards Obalende, on the Lagos Island area of Lagos State, when the incident happened, it was gathered that the victim suddenly asked the driver of the bus to stop and he hurriedly put off his shoes and took a dive into the Lagoon.

Some officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority later arrived at the scene, were said to have soughted the help of fishermen in the area, who brought the victim out. But he was already dead, they handed over the body to the Adekunle Police Station.

The Police Public Relations Officer, Kenneth Nwosu that the deceased family has been contacted and investigation had revealed that the victim had mental problem and had prior to his death been taken to a church located along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway,for prayers before he escaped.

He added that “The relatives said they did not know how he left the place and joined a public transport. The corpse of the said Okechukwu has been deposited in a morgue”.
